AAFS Securitisation S.A. (the “Company”) informs all holders of the Silver-Notes that the Company will amend the Strategy Description of the Compartment Silver Equity Strategy (Compartment 11). The Definitions, the General Description of the Reference Portfolio, the Investment Guidelines, the Investment Universe and the Calculation of the Strategy Value will be amended.
Details of the Silver-Notes can be found in the Terms and Conditions and the Strategy Description of AAFS Securitisation S.A. for the bearer debenture notes based on the Silver Equity Strategy, which are available for free inspection at the registered office of the Company.
