AAFS Securitisation S.A. (the “Company“) gives notice to all holders of the Icarus-Bonds that there will be an extraordinary distribution and an amendment to the Icarus-Bonds.
For Bond Class A there will be an extraordinary distribution with Value Date 20th of November 2025 in the volume of USD 5,053.98 for each one (1) Bond Class A bond in the nominal amount of USD 100,000.00 (one hundred thousand USD) for a total amount of USD 15,161.93, which will be carried out when liquidity is avaible.
On the 21st of November 2025 (after the merge in accordance with the “OFFER TO MERGE” dated 3rd of November 2025) the name of the Icarus-Bonds will be changed from “Icarus Multi Strategy Class A and Class B (Compartment AMC 2024-02) ” to “Icarus Multi Strategy (Compartment AMC 2024-02)”.
