AAFS Securitisation S.A. gives notice to all holders of the NYC-Bonds of the extension of the Final Maturity Date of the NYC-Bonds in accordance with the resolution of the Masse Meeting of the Noteholders held on 14.08.2025.
The Final Maturity Date of the NYC-Bonds will be extended to 30.09.2027.
