AAFS Securitisation S.A. (the “Company”), acting in the name and on behalf of its compartment Icarus Multi Strategy Class A and Class B (Compartment AMC 2024-02), offers to all bondholders of Bond Class B during the period from 5th November 2025 to 19th November 2025, 12:00 CET (the “Merger Period”) to merge each one (1) Bond Class B bond in the nominal amount of USD 100.000,00 (one hundred thousand USD) into one (1) Bond Class A bond in the nominal amount of USD 100.000,00 (one hundred thousand USD) (the “Merger Offer”).
Option 1
The Bond Class B bonds will be merged into Bond Class A bonds.
Option 2
The Bond Class B bonds will be redeemed to the bondholders on the 21st of November 2025, with the Net Asset Value as of the 20th of November 2025.

The Merger Offer may be accepted by interested investors (the “Purchasers“) during the Merger Period in writ-ing through the respective custodian bank of the Purchasers at the paying agent ISP Securities AG, Bel-lerivestrasse 45, 8008 Zurich, Switzerland (the “Paying Agent“) of the Company with stating “Merger Offer”.
The corresponding number of Bond Class A bonds will be delivered to the Purchasers on the 21st of November 2025 (the “Date of Merge“).
Any costs for the delivery are to be borne by the Purchasers.
Each Purchaser is advised to consult a tax advisor or other competent person with regard to the tax conse-quences of the merger, who is able to adequately assess the special tax situation of the Purchaser.
In case there is no feedback received by the bondholders of Bond Class B by the end of 19th November 2025, 12:00 CET, AAFS Securitisation S.A., acting in the name and on behalf of its compartment Icarus Multi Strategy Class A and Class B (Compartment AMC 2024-02), will automatically proceed with Option 1.
