AAFS Securitisation S.A. (the “Company”) informs all holders of the Gold-Notes that the Company will amend the Strategy Description of the Compartment Gold Equity Strategy (Compartment 12). The Definitions, the General Description of the Reference Portfolio, the Investment Guidelines, the Investment Universe and the Calculation of the Strategy Value will be amended.
Details of the Gold-Notes can be found in the Terms and Conditions and the Strategy Description of AAFS Securitisation S.A. for the bearer debenture notes based on the Gold Equity Strategy, which are available for free inspection at the registered office of the Company.
