AAFS Securitisation S.A. informs all holders of the Amicorp-Bonds (only BC II) that the Issuer will extend the Maturity Date by one (1) year pursuant to § 1.3 of the Terms of Issue. The new Maturity Date for the Amicorp-Bonds (only BC II) will be the 30th September 2026.
Detailed information about the extension of the Maturity Date is available at the registered office of the Issuer.
