AAFS Securitisation S.A. (the “Company”) gives notice to all holders of the AAFS-Bonds that there were amendments to the AAFS-Bonds.
At the 21st of November 2025 the Strategy Sponsor will be changed from Amicorp Capital (DIFC) Ltd. to Light Edge Asset Management Limited.
In accordance with the amendment of the Strategy Sponsor the name of the AAFS-Bonds will be changed to „LightEdge High Return Strategy (Compartment 22)”.
