AAFS Securitisation S.A. informs all holders of the Amicorp-Bonds that the Issuer will extend the Maturity Date by two (2) years in accordance with the results of the Offer for Prolongation. The new Maturity Date for the Amicorp-Bonds will be the 29th September 2028.
